Alain HECK
Managing Director
Alain Heck is an economist by education. He started his career as the purchaser for a Belgian Cable company, then after 10 years he joined Imerys Minerals in the role of Sales Manager for the polymer industry in Western Europe. He also had worldwide responsibilities for major global polymer accounts. After 5 years with Imerys he joined a major global polymer company as the head of purchasing. In May 2006 he started the company in the Duchy of Luxembourg for sales and marketing of white minerals in the polymer and coatings markets.

Marina ALGUERÓ DE VAL
Area Sales Manager Iberia
Marina Algueró de Val has made International Commerce and Quality management studies in Barcelona. After working in several companies in the marketing field, she moved as Sales Assistant to Akzo Nobel and then later to Flexsys. In 1996, she joined North, S.A. where she took over the position of Quality and Sales Manager. Since June 1st, 2010 she started with Xatico as Sales Manager for Spain and Portugal.

Andrea MARAITE
Management Assistant
Andrea Maraite has made her Bachelor as Management Assistant (option company Management) at the Isell Saint Martin in Belgium and joined the Team in September 2007.
