  distributor for Hoffmann Mineral's product lines of Neuburg Siliceous Earth in
  the Benelux starting October 1st, 2010 and in France starting November 1st,
  2010.

Moreover Xatico  would like to welcome Mr. Marc Lageard, who will start on October 25th, 2010 and be the responsible Area Sales Manager for France.

   Xatico has signed an Agency Contract with the company Empresa Industrial de
   Borracha, located in Marinha Grande, Portugal.

Xatico starts the representation of the Ultraplast Line for the WPC (Wood Plastics Composites) market.

Xatico has signed an Agency Contract with the Austrian company Kärtner Montanindustrie, who is a world class producer of micaceous iron oxide, mica and some wollastonite.
