# Customer Support & Supply Chain Coordinator



We are looking for a new colleague!

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive **Customer Support & Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f/d)** to join our dynamic team. If you enjoy working in an international environment, handling a variety of responsibilities, and contributing to a positive and professional workplace, we would love to hear from you.

**Your Responsibilities**

Working closely with the **Sales Manager Iberia**, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and coordinating customer and supplier orders, including monitoring delivery schedules.
- Maintaining and updating customer and product master data.
- Preparing price calculations and quotations.
- Managing and coordinating warehouse operations.
- Supporting the Sales Manager Iberia with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

**Your Profile**

- **Language skills:** French or German speaking, fluent in English and good knowledge of Spanish.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Reliable, flexible, and well-organized.
- Previous experience in import/export operations is an advantage.
