Customer Support & Supply Chain Coordinator
Your responsibilities:
- Management and organisation of customer orders (from quotation to invoicing)
- Management and organisation of supplier orders
- Drawing up customer price quotations
- Management of different stocks
- Preparing and sending customer samples
- Monitoring and organising imports
Your profile:
- Language skills: fluent in French and English (spoken and written) Knowledge of German is an advantage
- Ability to work independently
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Friendliness, communication skills and team spirit
- Reliable and flexible
- Ability to adapt to the existing team
- Knowledge of Import/Export procedures would be a benefit
