To strengthen the team in our office in Weiswampach (Luxembourg), we are currently looking for a motivated person to join our Logistics & Supply Chain Department as a

Customer Support & Supply Chain Coordinator

(Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

Your responsibilities in close collaboration with the Senior Sales Manager:
* Order management (customers and suppliers) and supervision of lead times
* Maintenance of article and customer database
* Preparation of price calculations and quotations
* Inventory Management
 
Your profile :
* Language skills: fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
Knowledge of French and Dutch are an advantage
* Ability to work independently
* Good knowledge of MS Office applications
* Friendliness, communication skills and team spirit
* Reliable and flexible
* Ability to adapt to the existing team
* Marketing skills (updating Webpage, LinkedIn, Newsletters etc…) would be an advantage  
* Knowledge of Import/Export procedures would be a benefit
