Your Responsibilities
Working closely with the Sales Manager Iberia, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating customer and supplier orders, including monitoring delivery schedules.
- Maintaining and updating customer and product master data.
- Preparing price calculations and quotations.
- Managing and coordinating warehouse operations.
- Supporting the Sales Manager Iberia with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Your Profile
- Language skills: French or German speaking, fluent in English and good knowledge of Spanish.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Reliable, flexible, and well-organized.
- Previous experience in import/export operations is an advantage.
